Before You Book

Important information

A few things we need from you so every visit runs smoothly.

To deliver the best possible service, we require access to a power source for our equipment as well as a water supply.

For everyone's safety and in line with our insurance policy, we're unable to carry out work on vehicles parked on main roads, heavily trafficked roads, or narrow/tight access roads.

Unfortunately, we're also unable to operate in pay and display car parks.

If your location has any of the above restrictions, please get in touch with us before booking so we can best accommodate you.

If your interior is heavily soiled — dog hair, sand, thick mud and similar — extra costs will be added to the regular price.

If booking photos aren't clear and we arrive to find any of the above without being made aware beforehand, we'll need to agree an extra charge on the day.
